2010 JD Power customer satisfaction survey results are here, and Maruti Suzuki has topped the charts. The J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2010 India Sales Satisfaction Index is a noteworthy survey that determines the customer satisfaction index in India. They study satisfaction related to new-buyer experiences and evaluate the delivery process, and delivery timing. The salesperson, sales initiation, dealer facility, paperwork and deal are also considered.

Cars launched in 2010 find buyers less satisfied with their experience at a dealership as compared to buyers who opted to buy older models. Delivery for 2010 car launches has been an issue with most buyers. In all, sales procedures of new launches were poor. Salespersons have been unable to answer queries satisfactorily; test drives weren't organized, and after sales follow-ups were low.
