2010 Volkswagen Polo Cup racer Sahil Shelar (4th) joins Sports Solutions and Management

With sights set on European participation during the coming year, India’s Sahil Shelar a promising motorsports star in the country has joined Sports Solutions and Management (SSM). Noted for his performance on Indian soil, Shelar now looks towards participating in Formula One. SSM will give Shelar an all round approach to management services, contract negotiations, sponsorships while at the same time offering training and technique in securing the best possible drive in 2013. SSM is also closely associated with Spirit Motorsport which will work to Shelar’s advantage.

It is the aim of every racer to participate with the best driving talent in the world and this is where Shelar is heading while he joins the right team and gets the required backing and support that it needed in a sport of this category. The program enables Shelar to hone his fitness and mental preparedness skills which are required while competing with the best in the sport on an international level.

In the meanwhile, Shelar, 23, is busy carrying out tests and will be considering racing in the GP2 series in 2013. Shelar is working closely with SSM while BodyHelix Europe a leading provider of Compression Sports support technology to leading international athletes, is his sponsor.
