The 2013 model of Ninja 250R will be seen in a sharper revised body giving it a more angular stance. Slotted air vents are added while tank and tail section have a more chiseled look. According to information available on company website, Ninja 250R will possess a new DOHC Parallel Twin engine with new pistons, crank cases and cylinders. A new set of wheels have been added which will be wider at 140mm as against the earlier 130 mm.
Chassis is upgraded with rubber bushings which reduce vibrations drastically giving a much smoother ride. ABS will be available on the 2013 model which according to Kawasaki is the smallest in the world. This will offer better stopping capabilities. Though the use of ABS adds to weight, the total weight of the bike should be at 383.6 pounds. No official declarations as to what price of new Ninja 250R should be but considering 2012 prices which stand at $4,199, it is estimated that Kawasaki will be pricing the 2013 model in the same bracket.
