2013 Range Rover sees strong demand: Waiting list stretches 6-12 months in the US
Land Rover launched the new 2013 Range Rover in last year. It has now emerged, that their new SUV, which they claim is the best yet, is sold out in the US. 2013 Range Rover SUV comes with a minimum 6 months wait period in the US.
Range Rover’s new 2013 model may have recently gone on sale across the US, but stocks are already sold out. The new model hit markets last December and proved to be an instant success with buyers in US markets making a bee line for bookings. As on date, all dealers have sold out their entire stocks and further supplies have already been sold out for six months to a year, reports AutoNews.
In US markets, 2013 Range Rover’s base version at $83,545 is not available, while the HSE entry level model which is priced at $88,545 is being offered. At a recent convention of National Automobile Dealers Association, Land Rover dealers were seen seeking additional stocks to cater to increased demand of this model. Land Rover is ramping up marketing strategies of this big seller and with these waiting lists is bound to stretch out even further. Shortage of 2013 Range Rover may be so, but yet the company is confident that the 2013 sales total will far exceed last year’s 43,664 unit level.
Land Rover Range Rover 2013 is also available in India at a starting price of INR 1.72 crores (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
