2014 Delhi Auto Expo to get bigger and better

The 7 day long 2014 Auto Expo will see 70 new vehicle launches out of which 40 are cars. 15 global launches are also on the cards with India being a vital auto market even though sales figures and market sentiments are considerably low at present.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, leading automakers in the country, will be launching the new Maruti Celerio to take the place of outgoing A Star while the car makers will also have on display a new SX4 crossover, Ciaz sedan (SX4 replacement), Swift facelift, iV4 concept, and many more.

Honda Vision XS-1 from Honda Motors will also be making its global debut along with Honda Mobilio MPV and Honda Jazz. Nissan will be showcasing the Nissan Sunny while Fiat will reveal their Fiat Punto Avventure which is based on the Punto platform.

Datsun will be revealing a new concept along with Go hatch and Go+ MPV. Tata Motors’ Falcon 4 hatchback and Falcon 5 compact sedan will also be on display at the Expo. Hyundai Grand i10 sedan will be seen on display at the Hyundai pavilion.

In the premium segment, Audi A3 compact sedan will be unveiled by the German premium automakers at the upcoming 2014 Auto Expo. Jaguar, the well known British luxury car maker will debut the Jaguar F-Type Coupe in India while the company has also planned to showcase its first ever sports crossover concept car – C-X17 seen earlier at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Mercedes Benz will unveil GLA Concept, M-Guard SUV, CLA 45 AMG, and an F1 race car, while BMW has the i8.

On the two wheelers front,all Indian manufacturers are going to have lots of new bikes and scooters for you. Bajaj will come with new Pulsar range with 200 SS, 150 NS, 180 NS, 200 NS fuel injection. Hero MotoCorp has 12 new products lined up. Honda is going to unveil the CBR500R.  And so TVS, Yamaha, Suzuki and many more will have more products for you to see.
