2014 FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour plane arrives at Ciampino Airport

With the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour plane arriving at Ciampino Airport during day one of the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour on February 19, 2014 in Rome, Italy, the rest of the day was sure to be action packed. Antonio Cabrini, Gianluca Zambrotta, Gennaro Gattuso and Franco Causio were available for a photo-op as they posed with the FIFA World Cup Trophy at Ciampino airport.

They were later joined by Mayor of Rome Ignazio Marino to unveil the FIFA World Cup trophy. the group were then joined by Marketing Director of Coca-Cola Italy Fabrizio Nucifora, Rome’s City Counsellor for Sport and Lifestyle Luca Pancalli, Deputy Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at FIFA Alexander Koch, and President of Italian Football Federation Giancarlo Abete for another photo-op with the FIFA World Cup trophy at Musei Capitolini.

At another event, Gennaro Gattuso spoke to students at Corviale District, and posed with young footballers at Oratorio Don Bosco. While here, Silvia Natali, CEO of Serie A team AS Roma Italo Zanzi, Gennaro Gattuso, Rome’s City Counsellor for Sport and Lifestyle Luca Pancalli and Deputy Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at FIFA Alexander Koch came together for a photo op.
