2014 Hyundai i10 small car caught testing

Hyundai i10 is amongst the top 5 cars sold in India. This small car from the South Korean car manufacturer, featured in the 5th place for the list of top 10 cars sold in India for 2012. For 2010 and 2011, Hyundai i10 featured on the third spot. For 2012, Hyundai sold 92,702 units of i10 in India. All these facts, make it crystal clear, that the i10 is one of the most loved car in the country.

The Hyundai i10 is set to get a major upgrade. This new i10 will be launched globally as the 2014 model. Currently, 2014 Hyundai i10 is in the testing phase. While out on test runs, the new i10 small car was recently spied in Europe. Demand for small cars is on the rise, not only in emerging markets like India, but in established markets like Europe and US. This has pushed car manufacturers around the globe to launch more number of small cars.

Compared to the current i10, the new Hyundai i10 will feature certain changes, that not only include cosmetic changes, but also changes in its overall size. 2014 Hyundai i10 will be longer and wider than the current i10. Shape of the roof is also redesigned, while modern look has been assigned to the profile lines of front and rear pillars. Hyundai i10 2014 will enter production at the end of 2013 at their plant in Turkey. World premiere of 2014 Hyundai i10 can be expected at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show or the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
