2014 Kawasaki Z1000 superbike gets even meaner: Revealed before EICMA 2013 debut
Kawasaki, the Japanese motorcycle makers, have announced that their new and improved 2014 Z1000 is heading to world’s largest two wheeler expo, 2013 EICMA in Milan, Italy, to be held from 5th to 10th November 2013. But before it’s premiere in Milan, the first images of Z1000 2014 model have surfaced online.
Z1000 comes in a new design based on the Kawasaki ‘Sugomi’ approach. Created to display overt energy and to resemble a crouching predatory animal ready to pounce on its prey, the Z1000 from Kawasaki was launched in 2003 and was updated in 2010 when its 953cc ending was replaced by a 1,043 cc unit. The 2014 model is expected to see marked improvements in this area while design cues will be borrowed from the Kawasaki Z800 and Z250 models. (2014 Z1000 image source)
