Mahindra Scorpio Facelift has been spotted with an automatic transmission. The car sports a new dashboard in a darker color as against the present Scorpio, while air conditioning vents have been noted to be more rectangular in shape with silver accents.
The other new addition, is the presence of a rectangular MID between the circular speedometer and tachometer. A host of buttons and knobs to control audio system and cruise control functions are also evident while a rotary switch is situated on the lower part of the steering wheel which could be to control ORVMs.
Seating of the 2014 Mahindra Scorpio Facelift is upholstered in blue and grey while engine details could include a 2.2 liter mHawk turbo diesel engine offering 120 bhp peak power and 290 Nm peak torque mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission.
2014 Mahindra Scorpio Facelift will also receive projector headlamps, a redesigned bonnet and new tail lamps while seats will continue to be in a 2+3+2 layout as is seen on the current Scorpio. More details will be evident once the Scorpio Facelift is presented at the 2014 Auto Expo in early February. (images via)
