Making its Indian debut, the 2014 Toyota Corolla will be available for sale in the country later this year and will come in with same engines carried forward from current Corolla. These will include a 1.4 liter four cylinder diesel engine offering 88.4 PS peak power and 205 Nm torque besides a 1.8 liter Dual VVT engine offering 140 PS power and 173 Nm torque.
Toyota has given the 2014 Corolla a sharper and more aerodynamic look so as to appeal to a younger and more adventurous set of buyers. This spacious sedan with improved sound insulation, features quieter interior. It sits on a wheelbase which is extended by 3.9 inches as compared to its earlier counterpart.
