First launched in 2014, the new generation Hyundai Elite i20 has been one of the best selling cars in India. With average sales of more than 10,000 units a month, there is no doubt that it is a successful product from Hyundai.
Now, ahead of festive season, to boost sales further, authorized dealer of Hyundai India – SS Hyundai has launched a special edition of the Elite i20. The highlight of this custom edition is its LED tail light, blue sleek alloys and black roof. It also comes with Special Edition Badge. The same is also offered with Grand i10 and Creta. Hyundai Elite i20 in the premium B+ segment is available in petrol and diesel engine options. Petrol engine is in the form of a 1.2 liter Kappa dual VTVT four cylinder engine. This engine offers 83 PS power at 6,000 rpm and 11.7 kgm torque. The diesel engine is a 1.4 liter U2 CRDi DOHC four cylinder engine offering 90 PS power at 4,000 rpm and 22.4 kgm torque between 1,500 rpm and 2,750 rpm.
New Hyundai Elite i20 hatchback is available at a price range from INR 5.36 lakh to INR 9.04 lakh. The mods you see in the Special Edition Elite i20 in the video above can be acquired at SS Hyundai dealer. Price can go up to INR 50,000 depending on the level of mods you decide to install.
Sleek and slender in stance with a slow slung bonnet and wide front bumpers, the new Hyundai Elite i20 sports a honeycomb grille with hexagonal chrome lining. It gets projector headlamps with LED DRLs, fog lamps, multiple spoke diamond cut alloy wheels and ORVMs. Interiors are seen in a dual tone colour scheme. Space is at a premium while storage spaces are extensive. The instrument panel and central display receive blue illumination while there is a dual trip meter, tachometer, advanced cluster and a host of warning and indication knobs and buttons.
