ABB, on Monday has launched Terra Smart Connect Duo, first 22 kW AC/DC fast charging station which charges electric vehicles in a matter of 30 to 120 minutes. The company which is well versed in leading power and automation technology has stated that Terra SC Duo has been tested and found to be effective in the charging of electric vehicles such as Daimler smart electric drive, Renault Zoe using AC charging as well as Nissan EV200, Mitsubishi Outlander, Citroen Berlingo and Peugeot Partner.
