ACMA Automechanika Delhi sees added participation and visitors. Automechanika show focused on Indian auto industry, giving it an opportunity to showcase its latest development on a common platform along with their foreign counterparts.

ACMA Automechanika was held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from February 7 to 10, 2013. The even saw a total of 261 exhibitors both from within the country and abroad while a total of 8,157 business visitors came forth to view the latest of innovations in the Indian automotive aftermarket.

On display were parts and systems, accessories and tuning, tyres and batteries along with the latest in IT, management and services including repairs and maintenance and car washing systems. The exhibition also drew attention of a number of foreign companies from countries such as Bangladesh, China, Spain, Italy, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Turkey and the UAE among a number of others. Overseas exhibitors covered an area of 4,500 sq mtrs.

The show was of prime importance for the Indian auto industry which is growing by leaps and bounds. This industry represents 22% of the country’s manufacturing GDP, while India produces components of highest quality due to its well developed manufacturing base. Automechanika show focused on Indian auto industry, giving it an opportunity to showcase its latest development on a common platform along with their foreign counterparts. Automechanika attracted buyers galore while a two day conference – Opportunities and Challenges for the India Auto Component Industry and Aftermarket was also organized from which participant’s derived added benefits.
