Well, you can easily get those in your price range. I recently came across a BMW 3 series 2005 model which was on sale for 14 lakhs. I also saw a 2008 Audi A4 on sale for 17 lakhs.

Contact used cars dealers near you. If you do not have any past experience in used cars purchase, I recommend taking along some friend/relative who has past experience in sale/purchase of used cars. Also these dealers have a tendency to push you to close sale and they say statements like "I have a customer who is going to close deal tomorrow morning" or "This is the best deal you can get in the market." etc etc. But trust me, if those were the cases, the car would have been sold by then. So don't show too much interest in car even if you liked it so much and put your best bargaining skills on the table.
