Well, for me its like choosing one of my eye out of two. I do not know about your preferences while choosing a vehicle, so here is my 2 cents.

Both are comparable cars but for city driving, CRV gives out better mileage than Pajero and CRV's interiors are a bit better than those of Pajero while on the other hard Pajero gives out a fraction of more power than CRV.

So in my opinion, if Pajero is 4/5 , CRV is 4.5/5
