which is best car in diesel around 4 to 5 laks and with good mileage please tell me

In the race of Diesel cars below 5 lakhs we have here Indica, Indigo CS, Maruti Swift, Maruti Ritz, Ford Figo. The Chevy Beat may join the race as well.

Out of this the most 'in talk' cars these days are The Figo & the SWIFT.

Looking at the engine capacity The FIGO id 1.4 Ltrs & Swift is 1.25litre.

But do not get carried away with the capacity coz the SWIFT is well engineered to give better performance with a smaller engine :

Thus you enjoy the better performance at better mileage too.

    Definitely the Cherovet Beat Diesel. I am just loving it. I have not experienced any lack of power between 1700 and 3000 RPM. Overtaking is pretty easy if you know how to keep the engine between these RPMs. Moreover the engine is silent upto 120 Kmph and it hits the speed without any effort plus added advantage of average 21 Kmpl combined.
