Aston Martin Vanquish Centenary Edition shines in Geneva
Aston Martin Vanquish Centenary Edition celebrates the 100th anniversary of the famous British marquee. The car is on display at the ongoing 2013 Geneva Motor Show and here are some images of the same
Apart from the Vanquish here, Aston Martin will also offer Centenary editions of their V8 Vantage, DB9, and Rapide models. All will be released with special silver sill plaques each distinctly numbered 1 to 100.
As seen here, exteriors of the centenary edition will be painted in shining silver with silver badges while interiors will be sheathed in Deep Soft Black leather. Each of these 100 numbers will also come with a presentation box with two glass keys and key pouches made from leather matching the vehicle’s interiors. While silver cufflinks bearing the Aston Martin logo, Roller ball pen and Bang & Olufsen headphones are also part of the giveaways.
The Centenary Edition Aston Martin customers will also be presented with a special silver polishing cloth so that owners can keep all the silverware on the exterior and interior of their new supercar in pristine condition. All these special edition models will be produced at the company plant in Gaydon, Warwickshire. Special attention is being paid to exterior paint job which involves many hours of labor and the custom made mix is applied by hand with the use of a special mini jet spray gun to give it an even finish.
These special edition Aston Martin car’s are available on order. Prices are not revealed and is available on request at Aston martin’s 146 dealers across 46 countries.
