Audi A8 L 4.2l diesel luxury sedan arrives in India tomorrow

Post August 3rd, new 4.2L TDI quattro will be placed between 4.2 FSI and 6.3 W12. Its engine, a 4.2 liter V8 turbo diesel will offer 340 PS with 760 Nm torque which will sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 kmph. The vehicle will weigh 2070 kgs and fuel consumption will stand at 13.1 kmpl. The 4.2 TDI quattro will be mated to an eight speed sequential automatic gearbox and a quattro all wheel drive system.
Among its other features will be dynamic steering, head up display unit, two piece panoramic sunroof, Bang and Olufsen sound system, 4 zone auto AC. Specially designed ergonomic seats are seen both in driver and passenger areas while an exclusive rear seat entertainment system is fitted. Special safety features will include ABS, traction control and airbags.
