Audi India opens Goa showroom with 4 more planned in the country by 2012 end

German auto manufacturers, Audi have inaugurated their new showroom in Goa. The showroom is spread over an area of 7516 sq.ft. situated in Porvorim while an exclusive Audi service centre on an 8735 sq.ft. area is located at Verna Salcate. This is part of Audi India’s plans to strengthen their presence in Western India.

Audi is aiming to be No.1 best seller in Indian by 2015 and besides the new facilities in Goa have also planned to come up with four more showrooms across the country by end of this year as part of their expansion plans. MVR Automobiles Pvt. Ltd are new dealers in Goa headed by Mr. Venkat Muppana as its Managing Director.

The new facility was inaugurated by Mr. Rahil Ansari, Head – Dealer Development of Audi India. The showroom will be putting up 6 Audi cars on display while will be selling the entire Audi India model range. Audi Goa will also have its exclusive service centre which will have capacity to service 8 cars per day in a total of 4 bays. All technicians working on these vehicles have been given in-depth training on all aspects where servicing of Audi cars are concerned.
