Audi Q3 facelift spy shots emerge – 2015 debut?
Audi Q3 entry level SUV is spied testing under heavy camouflage. Behind the twirly misleaders, tweaked headlamps, refreshed front grille and new two pipe exhaust can be noted. Bumper mod remains unclear. Interior changes can be expected, not at great length.
Well acquainted motors would pass on to 2015 Audi Q3. New engines or retuning of old ones is unlikely. Unveiling of facelifted Q3 may take place at 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
Present model of Audi Q3 debuted at Shanghai Auto Show with three engine options. A 2.0 litre TFSI producing 168 hp (125 kW / 170 PS), another tune of same engine pushing out 208 hp (155 kW / 211 PS) and a 2.0 litre TDI churning out 174 hp (130 kW / 177 PS). These models are equipped with permanent allwheel drive quattro® system and dynamic 7-speed S tronic transmission. New entry level variant Audi Q3 S hosts a 2.0 litre TDI developing 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS) with 6 speed manual gearbox and front wheel drive.
Interior of Audi Q3 SUV gets full black dashboard, door panels, steering wheel and upholstery with thin chrome and silver trims highlighting AC vents, air-con controls and such. LED lighting inside the cabin, hidden under seats and inside door panels, is a nice touch reminding about its roominess. Music system, Navigation support, bluetooth connectivity and automatic climate control are featured in Audi Q3.
New features or major interior changes are not expected in 2015 Audi Q3.
