With the two wheeler market set to grow 9% in FY14, Japan’s Yamaha Motors is slated to be working on a project to develop a small and cheapest motorcycle. This small bike will sell for around $500 (INR 30,000) about $200 less than the cheapest motorcycle in markets today. Though there are no confirmations on when the project will be completed, sale in India and export to countries including China are on the cards.
The new Ford Endeavor is slated for launch in India sometime in 2015. To compete with Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Santa Fe and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Ford will be assembling the new Endeavor in India with parts procured locally so as to keep price competitive.

Ford Ka twins await launch in Brazil, and also in India where it will be called Figo hatchback and Figo sedan. To be launched in India next year, Ford will launch these new cars in Brazil first, starting next month. In anticipation, Ford Brazil has already revealed exterior images of these new cars, and now they reveal the first interior image.
