Car sales during the month of February 2014 saw a marginal increase to the tune of 1.39% following excise duty cuts being offered by the Finance Minister in his Interim Budget. While four wheeler sales increased, the same could not however be said for two wheeler sales.

Korean automakers Hyundai have unveiled the new Hyundai Intrado Concept at Geneva Motor Show. In a futuristic design and inspired with designs from the aviation industry, the futuristic Intrado is powered by fuel cells and comes in with advanced technology and a new construction system.
South Korean automakers SsangYong have unveiled their XLV Concept at Geneva Motor Show being held from March 6-16, 2014. The new XLV stands for eXciting smart Lifestyle Vehicle and is a seven seater compact SUV strictly adhering to the brands new design language.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) leading automakers in the country have just introduced a new limited edition of their Swift DZire compact sedan. Called Swift DZire LDiX, this limited edition receives many new features over the LDi trim but is being offered with a diesel engine option exclusively.
2014 Ford Fiesta was recently spotted testing in Chennai where it wore a Copper Pulse exterior colour, the same colour as was seen on the model on display at 2014 Auto Expo. This Copper Pulse colour is a new colour being offered on the facelift and was not seen on earlier editions of Fiesta.

Now, adding to the excitement, Audi India has announced an even sweeter deal, they are offering huge discounts on the A4, A6, Q5 and Q7, but hurry, as only 275 cars are available under this scheme.
Japanese car manufacturer, Mitsubishi premiered their three new concept cars in Europe – Concept AR, Concept GC – PHEV, and Concept XR-PHEV. These are the same three concepts which were unveiled first at the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show last year.
