A new image has surfaced which claims to be of 9,000 units of Maruti Ciaz sedan, parked inside the Maruti Suzuki plant in Manesar, where the car production is currently taking place. With initial response recording over 3,000 bookings within a few days, Maruti seems to be getting ready with a huge number of Ciaz before launch, in order to meet growing demand.
Production from Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) fourth plant in Gujarat is set to commence from early 2016 and not from end of 2015 as originally planned. This delay is on account of elections held earlier this year which has delayed work on the plant and pushed commencement of production operations a good five months ahead.
