Bajaj Auto RE Compact petrol, CNG, and LPG passenger vehicles
Bajaj Auto Limited world’s largest manufacturer of 3 wheelers has unveiled a new range of RE Compact three wheeler passenger vehicles. Available in both two and four stroke, Petrol, CNG and LPG versions these vehicles will be offered in seven variants while a diesel variant is expected to be launched in due course.
Portraying a high level of fuel efficiency, low maintenance cost and advanced features, these three wheelers will be launched in a phased manner across the country and will be a boon to buyers. The two stroke RE Compact petrol engine variants are priced at INR 1.03 lakhs while the four stroke will come in at a price of 1.15 lakhs. With 10-15% better fuel efficiency, lower maintenance costs and improved mileage, users will be able to save upto INR 20,000 per annum.
RE Compact vehicles see improvements in many quarters right from its low maintenance cost to lesser down time, greater driver and passenger comforts and enhanced external looks. The vehicle has been put through a series of tests for over 200 days and with 100 customers who have tested these vehicles and found them highly improved over the current range.
