Watch first Bajaj Pulsar AS200 TVC – Adventure Never Stops

Bajaj Pulsar AS200 is characterised by its new face courtesy of the muscular semi-fairing, that supports the high-set touring visor, and houses newly designed headlamp with built-in projector light.

New Bajaj Pulsar AS200 was launched on 14th April 2015, at ex-showroom Delhi price of Rs. 91,550; which is actually 3 rupees less expensive than the model it is derived from, Pulsar 200 NS.

Technical specifications of the new Bajaj Pulsar Adventure Sport 200 include, perimeter frame holding the same 199.5 cc single-cylinder, 4-valve, triple spark, liquid cooled engine with Single Over Head Camshaft (SOHC), as in Pulsar 200 NS. Engine output figures are also the same – max power of 23.52 PS @ 9,500 rpm and peak torque of 18.3 Nm @ 8,000 rpm. There is no change in transmission as well, both bikes use same 6-speed gearbox.

Essential differences between Bajaj Pulsar AS200 and 200 NS, are the new half-fairing upfront and addition of projector headlamp. But the new model is touted to be a better alternative for adventure touring, largely because of its sizeable visor which is minuscule in the 200 Naked Sports variant.
