Bentley Mulsanne EWB Gigapixel photo uses NASA technology

Bentley has employed NASA’s Gigapixel technology in photographing its new Mulsanne EWB. The image which uses the same method adopted by the Mars Rovers is 4,425 times larger than a standard smartphone photo.

The photo which shows San Fransisco’s Golden Gade bridge in a full zoom out position shows the stately Bentley as you zoom in. You can check out the Bentley Mulsanne EWB Gixapixel Photo here.

The photo which shows San Fransisco’s Golden Gate bridge shows a moving Bentley as you zoom in.

After several zoom in steps, the photo astonishes you by displaying a clear image of the Bentley embroidery on the front passenger seat! The full image, if printed in its actual size, would cover an area equal to a football field!

Speaking about the photographic project, Kevin Rose, Board Member for Sales and Marketing, said:

We wanted to commission this shot to capture both the exquisite detailing of the Mulsanne and the epic scale of our brand’s ambitions. We believe the result is truly extraordinary.

The updated flagship Mulsanne made its global premiere at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. The EWB variant is priced at 275,000 pounds (around INR 2.74 crores).

If you zoom the pic all the way in, this is what u see – the embroidery on the front passenger seat!
