BMW 7 Series Security is secured at 2013 Geneva Motor Show
At the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, which is now open to public, you will find the new BMW 7 Series Security, kept at a secured stand, away from the crowd.
The new 7 Series 760Li Security edition showcased in Geneva is seen with a host of external and internal features.
It will possess an Alcantara roof line with seats continuing in the same color scheme. This leather has been specially treated so as to enable better breathing than normal leather. The 7 Series will come with Piano Black trim for its cabin while other details such as gear knob and iDrive knob besides radio and AC dials will be in ceramic. The vehicle will sit on 20” wheels while new LED headlamps, grill design, mirror housing and tail lamps will be given a rather up market look.
The James Bond Style features that yo will find inside this car include, bulletproof car, bomb proof underbody, toxic gas sensor, and run flat tires.
BMW 7 Series facelift will make its entry into India in the coming months, though we are not sure if the security edition here will make its way. Earlier last Sunday, the car was unveiled for exclusive preview by Sachin Tendulkar.
BMW India will be launching three new vehicles during the current year, out of which the facelifted X1 has already made its entry. 7 Series is next up for launch by April 2013, while the BMW 1 Series is also on the agenda for the months ahead. BMW India will also commence the assembling of 7 Series at their plant in Chennai in the coming months.
