Bugatti Jean-Pierre Wimille Veyron edition debuts at Pebble Beach
It may be remembered that Jean-Pierre Wimille was the longest serving test driver for Bugatti before World War II. He was killed in a car crash in 1949 and to pay homage to this legend, Bugatti has brought this Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Jean-Pierre Wimille Legend Edition to Pebble Beach where it is on display.
To mark this special edition, interiors are done up with embroidered headrests and “Les Legendes de Bugatti” badging while only three such examples will be produced. Interiors will also sport seat bolsters, special decorative stitching in blue, white and red, the French national colors which can be seen on steering wheel and gearshift lever. No pricing has been announced as on date.
