Bumblebee aka Chevrolet Camaro gets smart on big screen yet again with Transformers movie franchise bringing “Transformers: Age of Extinction” from director Michael Bay to theatres on June 27th. The Corvette Stingray transforms to Autobot Crosshairs, a Trax and a Sonic are outfitted as a Rally Car. There’s a new star cast, but your favourite transformers are back to battle and save the world and its people, while the search for Optimus Prime continues. Chevrolet has displayed its Transformers cars against a big backdrop at the ongoing 2014 New Your International Auto Show.
In the 2007 film “Transformers,” the 2009 film “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” and 2011 film “Transformers: Dark of the Moon,” the 5th gen Camaro gained many fans as Bumblebee. Transformers: Age of Extinction features 2 Chevrolet Camaros specifically built for the film’. One is a largely modified vintage 1967 Camaro SS and the other a futuristic concept Camaro.
