Chris Evans has a garage full of Ferraris and hence has been forced to sell rare and precious Freddie Mercury inspired Lotus.  After spending a great deal of time and effort in procuring this Lotus, it must have been heartbreaking for the DJ Evans to part with the model. Such is his craze for luxury vehicles that he even travelled to the Lotus Head Quarters at Norfolk so as to ensure a special paint job and interiors for the Lotus Evora S Model that he purchased in a charity auction last year.

The Lotus in question with a speed of 178 miles per hour found no place in the British Dj’s garage and hence he had to contact a garage to sell the Lotus for him. The Lotus Evora S Freddie Mercury vehicle had been purchased at the Mercury Phoenix Trust auction set up in honor of the former Queen star, Freddie Mercury

Special paint works includes red and bronze stripes running along the entire white background of the Lotus while matching mirrors complete the bright and colorful concept which was also seen in Freddie Mercury’s style of dressing and also sports the singer’s signature on its dashboard. Lotus possesses a 3.5-litre V6 engine of 350bhp, speed of 0-60mph can be achieved in 4.4 seconds and ability to reach a top speed of 178mph. Evans has put the Lotus up for sale at £76,000 while the car has only clocked 56 miles.
