Khan and couple of his friends applied for a job in this leading diamond export company. He has completed his MBA in International Business. Khan emailed his resume to the company on Tuesday and while most of his other friends got favourable replies his reply came within 20 minutes of his application which caused him much despair and shock.

Khan said that the company could have given any other reason for rejection of his application but discrimination on the basis of caste is not acceptable. Khan has put up this experience on his Facebook page which has received a series of responses.
