In a bid to boost sales during this year’s festive season, Datsun has introduced a limited festive edition of its Go hatchback named Go NXT. The special edition budget car adds features worth INR 20,000 at a nominal price hike of INR 5,000. Datsun Go NXT is priced at INR 4,09,912 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
To be available across all of Datsun’s 196 dealerships in the country, Go NXT is based on the top-end T variant. Apart from the existing features, the festive edition adds remote central locking, rear parking sensor. side mouldings and chrome exhaust finisher.

Inside, visual differences come in the form of piano black finish for the dashboard, gear lever surround and instrument console. The hatchback also gets a rear parcel tray.

In addition to the festive edition, Datsun is also organizing three day Carnivals at its South Indian dealerships. During the Carnivals, dealerships will sport festive ambiance and stay open till mid nights. Customers who book their cars during Carnival stand to receive an assured gift, ranging from accessories worth INR 3,500 to gold worth INR 12,000.
Exhaust tip and instrument console get chrome and piano black embellishments respectively.
Datsun Go NXT features no mechanical changes. The 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine generates 68 PS when mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The car has a claimed fuel efficiency of 20.63 kmpl.
