DFM passenger cars on display at Algeria International Motor Show 2014

On the afternoon of March 12, DFM held the pavilion-opening ceremony at SAFEX. Chinese Ambassador to Algeria Liu Yuhe was present and delivered a speech. Pan Chengzheng, general manager of Dongfeng Motor International Co., Ltd., introduced DFM’s general information, expounded its overseas strategy, and looked into its future and good prospect in Algeria.

DFM’s distributor in Algeria made a speech, looking into the market prospect. DFM also delivered the launch ceremony of new Dongfeng Aeolus model – H30 Cross in Algeria and Africa. Nearly 100 guests including Mr. A.Ghoul, Minister of Transport of Algeria and Mr. Ben Younes, Minister of Industrial Development and Investment Promotion of Algeria were present at the pavilion-opening ceremony.

DFM_H30_CrossDFM’s exhibits included various passenger vehicles such as H30 Cross, S30, Joyear X5, Joyear XL, GLORY, Dongfeng DFSK minivan C37, K series and V series, and covered series like sedan, hatchback, SUV, crossover, mini car and minibus, which all were developed according to local market conditions. These exhibits are technically advanced and well matched, fully demonstrating the features of Dongfeng brand such as diversification of products, ride comfort and reliable performance. DFM will provide safe, quality and cost-effective products and services to local customers.

During the exhibition, DFM’s concise and elegant booth attracted flocks of foreign merchants. Regional managers of related products and business representatives of local distributors received visitors, explaining the exhibits’ parameter configuration in detail. They were unanimously praised by visitors for their professionalism. Also, leaders of Dongfeng International Co., Ltd. introduced its general information and market strategy to visitors, and held talks with local distributors.

According to DFM, it is moving actively to step up the overseas strategic distribution to accomplish the strategic transformation and all-round development of its overseas operations. In Algeria, DFM will launch marketable products, implement the market-oriented marketing mode and firmly establish the awareness of customer to accelerate market development. In 2014, DFM will take Algeria as the bridgehead for the African market, intensify regional advertising, sales and after-sales services, accelerate market development and enhance product sales to build a strategic market.
