Director James Wan commences #Fast&Furious7 filming
Following untimely and tragic death of lead actor Paul Walker, filming of Fast & Furious 7 had been stopped unconditionally. After a four month break, the shooting of the latest Fast and Furious movie has finally commenced. The image below was shared by the movie’s director on his Instagram account.
The filming of F&F7 was put on hold following the death of star Paul Walker in a car crash. The crew filmed some helicopter shots, stunt footage and various other scenes in Abu Dhabi in November with the rest of the cast including Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Chris Bridges slated to arrive once filming gets underway. Fast & Furious 7 was originally slated for release on July 11 2014, but it has been delayed until April 10, 2015.
Though the entire team of Fast and Furious is back on the sets, it remains to be seen who will fill Paul Walkers shoes in the movie which is to be released by Universal Pictures. The script has been completely rewritten by movie’s screenwriter Chris Morgan following the death of Paul Walker and there are rumors on how Paul Walkers exit is going to be explained.
Some rumors suggest that the character will be killed off while some reports state that a body double will be used to complete some of the scenes Paul had started before his death. Actor Tyrese Gibson, playing Roman in the films stated that the cast were planning to honour the late actor with a prayer prior to commencing filming.
