Fellow driver enthralls strangers on highway by singing: Would you join?
Singing in a traffic jam brings smiles while road rage, aggression and fist fights bring nothing but tears. This can be seen in two strikingly opposite examples which were experienced recently.
In a recent traffic jam on 405 highway in Los Angeles, Comedian TJ Smith enthralls complete strangers as he breaks into song singing a 1968 pop hit “Build me Up, Buttercup” by The Foundations. Blaring on his car radio and with windows rolled down, Smith received overwhelming response from totally unfamiliar fellow drivers along the route. Smith received cheers from passing vehicles, some of them joined in, singing along, while a video of the comedian singing the entire song was captured on film by Kathy Sue, a friend of the ‘highway singer’.
