Punto Evo hatchback is being presented in a choice of four variants and seven trim levels. Punto Evo Active is the basic trim which is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The Punto Evo Active sits on 14” steel wheels and covered with 165/80 R14 tubeless tyres. Features include turn indicators on ORVMs, follow me home headlamps, foglamps and body colored bumpers. Interiors sport power steering and power windows, auto locking, manual AC and dual tone dashboard.
Punto Evo Dynamic is a mid level trim and has all the features seen on board the Active trim with additions such as body colored ORVMs, electrical controls for mirrors and integrated music system with AUX and USB inputs. The Dynamic trim also include ABS and EBD among its safety features.
Punto Evo Emotion sits on 15” diamond cut alloy wheels with 195/60 R15 tyres. Chrome plated door handles, front fog lamps, leather encased steering wheel and Blue&Me multimedia are offered on this trim while interiors are flooded with ambient lighting adding to its premium appeal. Top of the line Punto Evo Sport is only available with a 93 PS diesel engine while it gets 16” alloys and 195/55 R16 tyres. Here the interior theme is all black as against dual tones seen in the other three variants, while price stands at INR 7.20 lakhs.
Fiat India offers 3 years warranty on the Punto Evo with extended warranty of 2 years. Service is at 15,000 km intervals while the company also offers 3 year and 45,000 km total repair and maintenance program for new customers. Fiat Punto Evo launch price of variants as of 11/08/2014:
