Punto Evo was recently caught testing in Drass, which is the world’s second coldest inhabited place in the world. As seen from the spy shots, updates include exterior enhancements such as revised headlamps and grille, new bumper, alloy wheels, ORVMs with integrated blinkers and tail light. Punto Evo is the second hatchback to get rear AC vents, which is only seen on the Hyundai Grand i10 as on date.
No changes to powertrain as 2014 Punto Evo continues with its same 1.3 liter MultiJet diesel engine in two states of tunes 75 PS and 90 PS. Petrol engines continue to be 1.2 liter and 1.4 liter engines offering 68 PS and 90 PS respectively. Each of these engines is mated to 5 speed manual transmissions.
