Ford EcoSport now arrives in Bangalore: Bookings open in Pune

After getting spotted in Mumbai yesterday, the same red EcoSport with the sticker Bhavna Ford has been spotted at a dealership in Bangalore this morning. EcoSport bookings have begun at some Ford dealerships and they are receiving a huge number of bookings/enquiries for the same.

The red colored Ford EcoSport with Bhavna Ford sticker here, is a demo car, which is on a tour over India to visit all the dealerships of Ford India, reveals the source, on the condition of anonymity. Bookings of the EcoSport are in full flow at Talera Ford dealership in Yerwada, Pune. You can book one by paying a fully refundable advance of INR 50,ooo.

Ford India will launch the EcoSport in three variants, 1.6L diesel, 1.6L petrol and 1.0L EcoBoost. Of these three variants, the EcoBoost powered EcoSport will be the most expensive. Source also reveals that all three variants will be launched simultaneously, unlike reported earlier. Ford India will launch the EcoSport in a city-wise manner, just like all the other car launches happening in India these days. The EcoSport will first arrive in cities of Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi and Kolkata by March end. Later in the second phase, Ford India will launch the car in cities of Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Mysore, Lucknow, and many more by May/June 2013.
