Ford Ecosport vehicle engineering explained in new video

Ford EcoSport SUV is about to be launched in India. The SUV will be launched in a choice of petrol and diesel engine options. It is already available in Brazil, where for the month of Jan 2013, it outsold Renault Duster by almost twice number of sales.

Brazil, the country for which the Ford EcoSport was initially made, is all set to arrive in India. Ford launched the first gen of EcoSport in Brazil back in 2003 while the second gen, though was showcased first at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo in India, was launched in Brazil last year.

After losing 2012 to Renault Duster, Ford EcoSport starts the year 2013 on a positive note, as far as sales figures in Brazil are concerned. Ford sold 6367 units of EcoSport SUV in Brazil for Jan 2013, far more than Renault Duster sales, which stood at 3695 units for the same period. Riding high on their new success, Ford Brazil has now released a new video which shows their Vehicle Engineering Supervisor, Norberto Catani explain how the EcoSport handles different terrains without much trouble. He explains that even in tougher terrains, the safety, comfort and versatility of driving an EcoSport are hardly compromised.
