Ford Motors 10-millionth vehicle with Ford SYNC with Voice Control

Ford Motor Company has announced its 10 millionth vehicle equipped with award winning SYNC in car infotainment and connectivity system. The automakers introduced SYNC in North America Ford cars in 2007 and to Europe in 2012 while it came to India in the new Ford EcoSport.

It has taken 6 years since the introduction of Ford SYNC for this 10 millionth vehicle equipped with this technology to emerge. The technology enables drivers to be connected while on the move via voice commands so as to ensure complete concentration and adherence to safety measures.

Taking this desire for technology further, Ford has announced introduction of SYNC AppLink slated to make its way into India in 2014. Ford SYNC AppLink will be an innovative new addition to Ford class leading technology and will offer personalized in-car experience thus enabling customers to control content and applications via smartphones from the driver’s seat through voice activated commands.
