Ford Motors has announced to launch Figo hatchback in Nepal within the next few days. Ford has appointed GO Automobiles as their official distributor in Nepal. GO Automobiles will also be setting up service centres across Nepal to facilitate backup for Figo.

Ford introduced Figo in India in March this year. Since its launch, Ford has sold a good 25,000 units already and the demand is increasing by the day. Ford plans to launch both petrol and diesel variants in Nepal. All three variants of Petrol, LXi, EXi and ZXi, will be made available in Nepal.

Mr. Sunil Chhetri, (do not confuse him with the famous Indian footballer) GO Automobiles manager said, "We are planning to sell at least 600 units of Figo within a year," on their Nepal venture.
