For all who were waiting, the Chevrolet Beat is finally here. This is the latest from the GM house from the 300 series since the launch of the Cruze.

The car has taken 27 months to become a reality. Apart from being visible in the Indian auto market, the vehicle is set for a launch in over 150 countries. This includes other Asian countries, and parts of North America, and Europe. It’s certain to score points in regards to performance, design and safety. The car has endured over a million kms of durability testing and crash tests in extreme weather both at home and abroad to be ready for the roads.

Priced at Rs 3.34 Lakh, the Chevrolet Beat is available in 3 trim levels: 1.2, 1.2LS and 1.2LT. GM also hopes to launch an electric version of the Spark by year end in collaboration with Reva.
