General Motors launch myChevrolet India App

General Motors India is renowned for going that extra mile to ensure better customer experiences. This is exactly what the company has done as they have introduced a new owner mobile application which will assist customers with tools and techniques relevant to their vehicle post purchase.

Called ‘myChevrolet India App’, this application is being offered free of cost on Android and iOS platforms for all General Motors customers in the country.

‘myChevrolet India App’ will serve as an ideal customer service where post purchase services and updates are concerned, offering customers convenience and reminders at the touch of a button. The app keeps all Chevrolet owners in close contact with the company, giving service updates, easy access to all vehicle information and much more.

Detailed dealer information can be stored via these apps so that service appointments can be quick and hassle free, while in the case of breakdowns or any other vehicle difficulties, the app instantly locates the nearest dealer and makes contact instantly with touch-to-call feature.

In the event of drivers failing to remember where their vehicle is parked, ‘myChevrolet India App’ can come to the rescue by taking photos and notes to capture parking updates, while Google Maps steers drivers directly to the parked car.
