GM India to launch new Chevrolet Cruze sedan on 27 June (Photos)

Chevrolet Cruze Sedan is all set to make its entry in India on 27th June. General Motors has already announced that their 1991 cc Chevrolet Cruze is being offered with an upgraded engine and a new 1998 cc engine will be taking its place which will offer 163 bhp and 360 Nm torque.

New Chevrolet Cruze will have be available in both 6 speed manual and automatic transmission while other standard features will be the same. A few enhanced features will also be added. The new engine will ensure better mileage, which is what  will impress car buyers in India after the recent hike in fuel price. New Cruze will give about 11 km per liter within city limits while this will go up to 15 to 16 km per liter while cruising down highways.

General Motors Chevrolet new Cruse Sedan is expected to be launched with a price tag within the range of Rs 12 lacs to Rs 15 lacs. Major changes will be seen in the facelifted version and will include newly designed fog lamps, higher placement of Chevrolet badge, plush interiors in a two toned color scheme and enhanced storage facilities. These features were earlier seen in the top end variants but will now are expected to be added to entry level variants as well.
