Honda Civic Wagon Concept heads to 2013 Geneva Motor Show

At the upcoming Geneva Motor Show 2013, Honda will be unveiling a Wagon Concept of their Civic Hatchback. Similar to the hatch, this wagon concept will also feature the Honda flat-fold forward rear Magic Seats.

Honda Civic Wagon Concept here, will be on display at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show later today. It will be seen with some accessories and trims though this concept car will vary marginally from what will finally make its way into company showrooms next year. Enlarged alloy wheels, diffuser rear apron, side skirts, lower air vents, LED surround head and tail lights a new paint job and fanciful interiors are expected

This upcoming vehicle will see a new 1.6 liter four cylinder turbo diesel engine under its bonnet. This engine will be capable of generating 120 PS power at 4,000 rpm and 300 Nm torque at 2,000 rpm. The new hatch will be produced at the company’s Swindon manufacturing centre with production likely to commence from 2014.

Honda will also be showcasing the new CR-V compact crossover with a new 1.6 liter i-DTEC diesel engine that is also seen in the Civic hatchback. The new CR-V will be presented to European markets with front wheel drive and manual transmission. Sales will commence from autumn.
