Honda confirms Vezel Modulo and Mugen Vezel for 2014 Tokyo Salon
2014 Tokyo Auto Salon scheduled from January 8-15, 2014 will see Honda bring new concepts to the show. These will include Mugen Fit RS and Mugen Odyssey Absolute minivan along with two concepts of Vezel compact crossover.
India bound Honda Vezel is seen with a stylish coupe-like exterior and leather interior. The same Vezel, will also be launched in Europe and US, in 2015. Honda will showcase two new variants of Vezel at 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon. This will be in the form of Vezel Modulo Concept and Mugen Vezel Concept.
Updates on the new Vezel Modulo concept, modified by aftermarket manufacturer Modulo, will include a new front fascia, modified grille design and a set of exclusive five spoke black and chrome wheels. Vezel concept also sports larger and more aggressive air intakes and roof rails. For Mugen Vezel Concept, expect a boosted performance, along with sporty updates.
Two Honda Fit (Jazz in India) concepts will also be unveiled, Mugen Fit RS and Honda Fit Special Customize. Fit will be seen in an orange and black color scheme with lowered suspension, mesh black grille and impressive lower front lamps. Honda Fit Special Customize comes in with an angular front fascia design while its rear end sports darkened tail lamps and a sporty roof spoiler.
Apart from these, Honda’s N-Box Kei cars will also be on display. They will bear much similarity to the Honda Element model while other Kei car concepts will also be on display.
Honda will also showcase an interesting lineup of modified and special edition motorcycles to include Goldwing F6C, CBR1000RR SP, a customized concept model of GROM and Little Cub 55th Anniversary Special. Racing models on display will be the R213V, CR-Z GT, SF13 and four other racing models to be seen at the N-ONE One-make Race scheduled for sometime in 2014.
