Apart from targeting Indian families, Mobilio will also draw younger and sport seeking audience with Mobilio RS on offer. RS kit includes wider body panels, different grille, HID headlamps with DRLs, sporty 15″alloy wheels, premium interiors with faux wood trims, black and beige dual tone interiors, racy seats, 6.1 inch touch screen entertainment system, reverse camera and push button for engine start/stop.
Mobilio will be rolling out of Honda’s Greater Noida plant. About 90 % of local content is expected in the MPV. First year production will reach 45,000 units. Export plans are not revealed yet.
