Honda Mobilio ‘Thats My Ride’ TVC targets potential buyer
Honda Car India launched their seven seater multi purpose vehicle in India at a base price of INR 6.49 lakhs. Already a runaway success in Indonesia, the Japanese automakers hope to see similar success in India. To promote their newly launched car, Honda has now revealed a new TVC – That’s My Ride: Apne Liye, Apno ke Liye.
With the new Honda Mobilio successfully launched, prebooking for highly acclaimed MPVĀ has already reached the 5,800 mark with deliveries promised immediately for all models. Honda Mobilio is being offered in three variants E, S, V, and RS. Deliveries of the top end RS variant will, however, only commence in September.
Honda Mobilio MPV is based on the Honda Brio platform and shares a large number of parts with both Brio and Amaze due to which the company has been able to price Mobilio affordably. Prices ranging between INR 6.49 lakhs for the petrol variant and INR 7.89 lakhs for the diesel version, are higher than Chevrolet Enjoy and Maruti Ertiga but are lower than the Toyota Innova.
Honda claims that the Mobilio will appeal to both salaried and business buyers in the country in the age groups of 35-40 years. The seven seater is ideal for larger families and measures 4,390mm in length, 1,680mm in width and 1,610mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,650mm. Cabin space and boot compartment are spacious while safety features on the top end V variant include dual front airbags, besides fog lights and alloy wheels in addition to standard ABS and EBD.
