Hyundai HCD-14 Concept teased ahead of 2013 Detroit Auto Show

Hyundai is bringing their new HCD-14 concept to the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, scheduled to go live next week. But ahead of the same, they have released a teaser image. The teaser also comes with a revelation that the upcoming model will be aligned with the premium Azera, genesis and Equus models. It is clearly evident from the one single teaser image that the HCD-14 is a four door coupe with a sloping roofline. It will display contemporary Hyundai styling portraying a more fluidic design language.

More details will be revealed at the official Detroit unveiling but for starters it may be mentioned that the Hyundai HCD-14 will possess a premium vehicle design coupled with 3D gesture based technology controls and enhanced driving dynamics.

The concept car teased is tipped to preview the replacement for the current Genesis sedan which brought name and fame to the Korean automaker making it the fourth largest in the world. HCD-14 or 2014 Hyundai Genesis will continue with the same 3.8 liter V6 engine and a 5.0 liter V8 engine both mated to an eight speed automatic with all wheel drive system.
