Hyundai registers all time sales record in the US for 2012

Hyundai has announced at the very onset of December that they have already broken last year’s sales total of 645,691 units. Sales of Hyundai are up 8% in the month of November 2012 and have broken monthly records in every month of the current year not taking into account June and October. The monthly record set in March during saw them sell 69,728 units in the US.

Hyundai models have received name and fame during the year where new models such as the Veloster and Azera had a tremendous increase in demand over 2011 figures, while Accent, Elantra and Tucson have also been hot favorites along with the Sonata and Santa Fe.

The company is looking forward to closing the year 2012 on a positive note and is expecting a similar sales picture in the coming year 2013. Hyundai Motor America, based in Costa Mesa, Calif are represented through their 820 dealerships across the US. All vehicles sold by them are covered by a Hyundai Assurance Program which offers a 5 year or 60,000 mile new vehicle warranty, a 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty along with 5 year complimentary Roadside Assistance.
