Hyundai unifies their used car business as ‘H-Promise’
New Delhi, April 15, 2014: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter today, unified its used-car business under the brand name “H-PROMISE” globally. Formerly known as “Hyundai Advantage”, H-Promise will be an integrated program which will provide one stop solution to the needs of replacement customers.
A significant step towards the achievement of ‘Customer Delight’, “H” symbolizes Hyundai & its Customers association of trust & togetherness which goes hand in hand. Through H Promise, Hyundai will be able to spread awareness, information and increase transparency among the used car customers.

During CY2013, Hyundai recorded 70,000 exchanges and sold over 15,000 certified used cars. By the end of CY2014, the company projects 85,000 exchange sales, stretching the sales of its certified used cars to 18,000 with the operational dealership network climbing to 360 across India.
